How to Create an Operator in Paytm Business App

1. Log in to your Paytm Merchant Dashboard using your existing Paytm credentials.
2. Navigate to the Settings section.
3. Click on the "Manage users and Roles" tab.
4. First, you may need to create specific roles by clicking on the "Roles" tab and defining the permissions you want to grant to the new operator (e.g., view payments, initiate refunds, access reports).
5. Next, click on the "Users" tab, followed by "Add new users".
6. Enter the mobile number or email ID of the person you want to add as an operator.
7. Assign the appropriate role you created (or an existing one) to the new user.
8. The new operator will then be able to access the merchant dashboard with the permissions you have set.
