How to Add a Supervisor User in PhonePe Business App (Step by Step)

Step 1: Open PhonePe Business App

  • Open the PhonePe Business app on the owner’s registered mobile.
  • Login using your PIN / biometric.

Step 2: Go to Settings

  • Tap on the Profile / Menu (☰) icon from the home screen.
  • Select Settings.

Step 3: Open Staff / User Management

  • In Settings, tap on Staff Management or Manage Users. (Name may vary slightly based on app version)

Step 4: Add New Staff

  • Tap on Add Staff / Add User.
  • Enter the mobile number of the supervisor.

Step 5: Select Role – Supervisor

  • Choose Supervisor as the role.
  • Supervisor permissions usually include:
  • View transactions
  • View settlements & reports
  • Manage staff (limited)
  • Cannot change bank or KYC details

Step 6: Set Permissions

  • Enable or disable permissions as required:
  • View QR payments
  • View daily reports
  • Edit bank/KYC details

Step 7: Verify with OTP

  • An OTP is sent to the supervisor’s mobile number.
  • Enter OTP to verify.

Step 8: User Added Successfully

  • Supervisor user is now active.

They can login using their number in the PhonePe Business App.
